A broken sandal and two adorable boys

The other day we headed to Idaho Falls to do a little shopping before Mike had to head to work. We had one more stop after lunch before we needed to go back home, and Landon's 99 cent flip flop broke, with no hope to save it. We pulled into Taco Bell for a yummy lunch, and I carried him through the hot parking lot and let him down in the restaurant. His feet were getting really gross, but they always are anyways so I didn't really care.
While we were eating our food, Tucker was sitting on top of the table munching on some hot sauce packets. His drool was flowing steadily down his arm, leaving little puddles all over the table. When Landon was done with his taco, he started to lay on the table right next to us. Mike was feeding Tucker some food, and trying to keep it in his mouth, but Tucker was distracted by his brother playing, so the food ended up smeared across his chubby cheeks and some even wound up on the table. We were probably an interesting sight!
We were finally done, and Mike had Tucker and I had the job of lugging out my 2 1/2 year old on my hip. There was a family by the door that were looking at us and kind of laughing. Maybe they were laughing because they saw the drool puddles and baby food on the table? (I promise, we wiped the table off) Maybe they were laughing at Landon's black feet, or the fact that I have a 2 year old on my hip? I walked passed them to leave and they said "You have the most adorable boys!!"

Well, that made me happy :)
