So for the past few weeks I've been going to the gym around 8 to go to the Zumba class that is offered on campus. However, all the classes are so full I hardly have room to really get a good workout. I decided to try something different on Tuesday because I didn't want to go in a crowded room with lots of sweaty girls who only go to Zumba on Tuesday nights because there's an attractive man who directs it. I chose to go to the Pilates class that's offered instead and I loved it. There was only 7 of us girls and it was very relaxing. And unlike Zumba, I could feel where I worked my body the next day. Pilates is strengthening, while Zumba is more for fun.
